Wow it's been amazing week since my last video. The running is going well and I've now set the goal of losing 6 stone, by the 30th June then followed by doing the 3 peaks challenge on the last bank holiday in August, This is all going to be possible because of to Dean Grimshawe the Warrior Coach from Team Warrior so many thanks to him, in case you don't know that's doing Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis all within 24 hours. Also Asics I need some new trainers, so if you'd like to sponsor me s a pair I'd like a pair of size 11 Foundations or equivalent. Anyway enjoy the video and I'll see you next time.

So my goal is to lose 6 stone in 42 weeks, So by the 30th June, I will have reached my target. That's a steady 2lb per week. This did just start out as me working to lose weight and get fit at the beginning of June 2011. I had planned to do a video blog but never did it, inspired by my friend Gary Murray who has started and done a video and doing it for charity, I thought right, I may as well use my efforts for charity too, so here's the video and blog. There has been some big changes and I'll talk about that in the next video.
